Adjectives Market is one of those places where you always end up finding something you didn’t know you needed.
Corporate attorney Jeremy Thompson opened the first Adjectives Market inside a former Skip’s Western Store in Altamonte Springs in 2012. The two-story 13,000 square foot building has since become the go-to source for interior designers across Central Florida.
The space features dozens of booths which are rented out to local antique dealers, vintage enthusiasts, crafters, artists, and creatives who find unique ways to repurpose old items with lots of soul and character.
You’ll find everything from tables, chairs, beds and dressers to taxidermy, industrial fixtures, tin toys, and retro signage. Every booth sucks you in out of curiosity and, before you know it, you start having a debate with yourself about whether you need that handsome old trunk or that cool metal cabinet that’s been transformed into a coffee table. (It happened to me!)
What’s great about Adjectives is that it makes shopping for that extra-special accessory for your home easy and affordable. Shoppers don’t have to dig for items in these beautifully curated booths and most pieces are reasonably priced.
In addition to the Altamonte Springs location, Adjectives Market can be found in Winter Park Village and on Plant Street in historic downtown Winter Garden.
