When it comes to shopping malls, Orlando isn’t suffering from a shortage. There’s something for everyone from outlet malls that cater to bargain hunters to upscale retail at places like the Mall at Millenia. All good options for sure if you like cookie-cutter products.
But what if you’re looking for goods that are unique? Or a gift that’s handcrafted, made by a true artisan?
That’s where International Drive’s Artegon Marketplace comes into play.
Since November 2014, Artegon has given local creatives and small business owners a climate-controlled location to share their wares. Most work out of little booths with custom storefronts.
You can find a little bit of everything here from handmade soaps and gourmet foods to leather goods, custom paintings and even a glassblowing studio. There’s also a one-of-a-kind comic book store called Gods & Monsters, several restaurants (with more on the way), and shops you won’t find anywhere else.
The best part about Artegon? It’s always evolving so you’re always guaranteed to see something new every time you go!
