Days after Hurricane Matthew threw a costly punch at Daytona Beach, the city came together to welcome tens of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts during its annual fall bike rally. The little brother of spring’s Bike Week, Biketoberfest was slightly subdued this year because of the storm. Many of the local vendors, shopkeepers and bartenders were juggling storm cleanup at home with their jobs along Main Street and the many venues around the county.

Even though there were struggles, Biketoberfest 2016 attracted visitors from around the world for the four day event. Here’s a wrap-up of one of the most anticipated events of autumn in the state of Florida.
