Some of the best handcrafted leather products are coming out of a little town in Alabama called Opelika by the small company Loyal Stricklin. An architecture student at Auburn, Michael Stricklin started the brand a couple of years ago when he got tired of purchasing goods that only lasted a few months. He soon realized others felt the same way and set out to make durable goods that are actually durable and capable of standing the test of time.

Condé Nast went inside the Loyal Stricklin studio and retail store where Michael shares his philosophy of making products that get better with age.
