Time to write another story about a Florida craft beer festival. But this one’s different, I promise.
It’s the Spring Beer Fling happening Saturday, March 19 from noon to 10pm at downtown St. Pete’s Vinoy Park. What makes it different, you ask?
Do you know of another beer festival where you can “Beer & Bounce” at the same time? That’s right. With paid admission to this event, you get to work off that beer belly on a number of fun, inflatable games.
Take out some built-up aggression on your friends using the human bounce balls or inflatable jousting ring. Or challenge them on a race through a 68-foot obstacle course or to a game of giant beer pong.
There will even be Giant Jenga!
Now in its third year, the Spring Beer Fling will feature several beer gardens from local and national breweries like Pair O’ Dice Brewing in Clearwater, Odessa’s Big Storm Brewing, Tampa’s Coppertail and Magic Hat Brewing Company out of Burlington, Vermont. Full-sized drinks will be served and limited beer flights will be available.
Live music includes fusion rock band Rusted Root, North Carolina’s The Broadcast, Four Star Riot, NoNeed, Luxury Mane and Logan Grant.
Advance general admission tickets are $17 or $25 with VIP options available, including experiencing the Spring Beer Fling from your own private cabana. No one under 21 admitted.
For more information on tickets and a complete rundown on participating breweries, beer-inspired food and more, visit the official Spring Beer Fling website.
